State College System Bans Smoking on Campuses

So it was announced this week that a state college system is banning all smoking off of all of its college campuses. I say good for them. I go to a college where the smokers are supposed to be at designated areas, but they do not do it. So this step will keep the campuses beautiful and it will keep people like me who is a nonsmoker from having to smell it all over the campus. Have any of my readers ever used an in class computer and the keyboard smells like it is on fire from the user before who smoked and simply did not wash their hands before going to class?  I have and to me its disgusting. And for all of us who do go to college how many majors are encouraging their students to go ahead and stop smoking before they graduate because so many places, like hospitals, are doing random screenings to check their employees for nicotine. I do not have an issue with people smoking, I work with a bunch of smokers everyday, and I really wish my job would not allow them to smoke on the property. Not only does it effect the air I breathe but the people I work with do not and will not pick up their buts when they are finished. That is a bad reflection. I am glad that my college will have to ban the smoking.
