An older woman and her grand kids came into where I work a few Friday nights ago. They sat down and ordered a Large Meat Lover Pizza with double ham, beef and pork with a small order of wings. As their night went on the server came up to me and said a table asked to speak to the manager (which on this night it was me). So I went up to the table in question and the old woman was telling me how she was not going to pay for her pizza because it was too salty and she has high blood pressure and she was having a headache due to all of the salt content. Just to make a note for you my readers a meat lover pizza before you add to it has pepperoni, ham, beef, pork sausage, Italian sausage, and bacon. Plus she added more beef, more pork, and more ham and had 8 buffalo mild traditional wings. So the lady came to the counter to pay and was still complaining about how salty the pizza was and how she has high blood pressure and that she wanted the complaint number to complain about how salty we make our pizzas. So when I told her since she was complaining I discounted her ticket and all of a sudden she was fine and happy. But I kindly reminded her that she gave herself her own headache when she ordered a meat lover with double meat, but after that little discount, she was not paying me any attention.
So the moral of this story is simply this: when you ask yourself why your kids or grand-kids are acting a fool in a restaurant because they were taught that they could get away with fake complaining because they saw others do it. Do not be surprised when the person behind the counter is judging you by the way you act.

Anarchist in GA
Anarchism is a political philosophy that advocates stateless societies often defined as self-governed voluntary institutions.
This past Friday in Forsythe, GA, an anarchist tried to take over the courthouse. He pulled his van up to the steps of the courthouse and using stop sticks to prevent cars coming up from behind. He was armed with a rifle and a few smoke bombs and other various forms of ammunition and bombs. He shot at a police officer who returned fire and killed the anarchist before he could cause any more destruction.
This was reported by the major news outlets for a total of 5 minutes or less. If he was an Islamist or something else they would of been talking about it for a week.
Another perfect example is the anarchist couple who went on a killing spree in Las Vegas and then killed themselves. This also did not get much coverage.
Have we become so scared of the world outside of our own country not to care about what is going on in our own country?
Will we get this way eventually if there are more school shootings like the one that happened in Oregon this week?

Possible Death of Blu-Ray
It was announced recently that sales and rentals of blue ray movies was down compared to when they first came out. People are predicting the end of Blue ray discs as a video medium. So why is this recent decline in sales a possible death sentence for blue ray.
Most people, and I, agree that the rise of the digital movie and movies on demand has hurt blue ray. Netflix and Hulu are perfect examples for the end of blue ray. The expense to buy movies on blue ray due to all of the extra features. There are fewer and fewer places to go and rent a physical movie on a disc. Video on demand is the reason why video stores are slowly dying out.
People are predicting that DVD, CD, and blu ray will all be relics due to the all digital age. Look at some newer models of cars that now have a port in their radios for a USB flash drive.

Tech Blog: USB Flash Drives
The picture above is an example of what a USB flash drive looks like with out the cover on it. The picture is courtesy of Wikipedia. These hold more information on them compared to the 3.5 floppy disk. You can buy a flash drive in 2, 4, 8, 16, or 32 gigabyte. You can now use them in your car if you have a vehicle with a USB port in the radio. They are now making them smaller.
Photo courtesy of amazon.com. So why are they being made smaller and make them easier to loose. With the increase use of laptops that has alot to do with it.

Global Warming is NOT God's Wraith
In a recent video Matt Hague, son of John Hague, said that we the human race should not try to clean up the planet because all of the events that are going on are signs of God's return and we just need to quit trying to fix the planet and just let God come back. I heard of this video and was like really someone said that. He continued by saying that global warming does not exist, and scientists are just trying to make people secular and they do not know what they are talking about. Most Christians do not believe in global warming is a real thing and just want to claim its god's wraith and all the sinners need to come back to God. Despite all the evidence that has been presented and agreed upon. Several politicians have tried debunking global warming, by paying off scientists so they say "oh no there is no global warming".
Global warming is a real thing. Look at all the storms that have happened recently. The north and south poles are melting faster. A large section just recently fell into the ocean. We, the humans, on this planet are the reason all of these things are happening. Human greed is the major reason. We need to recycle more and use less. Look at how fast the honey bee is disappearing due to our pesticides.More and more wildlife are showing up in cities more and more because we have taken over their habitat. A bear was recently seen in a hammock in someone's back yard in Florida.
Luckily, whether its true or not, the US government is promising to cut back on emissions, and China is wanting to do the same thing. We will see how that goes.

Computer Blog #2: Planning the Project
We continue our journey through this HP Pavilion a305w tower. After you open the cover and look inside you need to decide whether or not you are going to take pictures or draw everything in the tower so you can remember where everything connects when you go to put it back together. I will be doing a drawing for this project. With this being an older, unused tower, I recently took the tower to use an air compressor to blow all of the dust and bugs out of it. I know that you are supposed to use small cans of compressed air, but this system was so dusty I had to use something a little stronger to get the dust and all out of it.
Once you get your plan together you need either static gloves or a static bracelet, both of these are needed to protect your equipment from static electricity. You need the right tools to get the screws out of it. In most systems you have two or more screws holding the power supply in place. In the picture above it is in the upper left hand corner with the yellow sticker on the side of it. For some systems you need a standard Philips and flat head screwdriver The other part you need a Philips head screwdriver, based on your system, is to get the motherboard out and to pull the optic drive, 3.5 floppy, and the hard drive.
Next computer blog the power supply.

X-Men Days of Future Past (the movie) Review
This week's throwback Thursday post was the one where I talked about the comic book version of the story line Days of Future Past. I recently went to see the movie.
It was an awesome movie. Even though they did make some changes to story line compared to the comic book it was still a great film from start to finish. I recommend it to anyone who needs a good action movie. I agree with people who say that this film was better than the 3rd movie. Yes this movie was better than X-men the first class, but I liked that movie too.
There is another X-men movie coming out and if you hang around after the credits for the teaser. But for those of you who are curious the next movie is rumored with the teaser to involve Apocalypse. Now with this character a new movie could go either way either in the direction of the mutant massacre, where apocalypse creates the four horseman of apocalypse or they could go with the Age of Apocalypse, where like days of future past is a timeline altering story line involving Xavier's son going back into time and accidentally kills Xavier and this leads to Magento creating the X-men.
We will just have to wait and see.

State of My Blog (May, 2014)
To my fellow readers,
Thank you all for still supporting this blog. I know that I did not write much in May. But like most bloggers I have been busy. School started for me and that has put me a little behind in the blogging department. My current job is still my job. And my insomnia is still around. Plus I have a physical class that is at 8 am everyday, and I work all weekend and do my school work. I am grateful to all of you that continue to follow this blog. It is you the readers that keep me doing this little project. Plus for all of you my newer readers I have been trying to post a "throwback Thursday post", which the past few I have done I think actually helps. I could be wrong but since I do not do Throwback Thursday pictures, I use my older blog postings on Thursdays.
I plan to restart the computer blogs. Which is just my journey to taking a computer apart and putting it back together. I have a practice tower I bought that I am going to use to get better at learning the inside of a computer. I had been pondering the idea of posting stuff I have been learning about Microsoft Office 2010, but that is still an idea.
So moving on....
I am still going to be doing this blog. I am still very much alive and breathing.

Smash and Grab Robberies
In a different community close to mine a rash of what they call smash and grab robberies has gotten worse. It started with convenience stores and it has just gotten worse. They use a cinder block or something heavy to smash their way into a store through a window and go in quickly and go out quickly. They have been well covered and using socks as gloves. Well now they are using sledgehammers and breaking into dollar stores through the back wall of a business. How they are getting away with that without anyone hearing the noise is beyond me. They are causing alot of damage and the results usually mean higher prices for us the consumer.
So why are people doing this? Some want to blame the lack of jobs, lack of proper education and a few other things. In my opinion it is gang related. They are using this as an initiation, to get into the gang.
